The GET UP project has been invited as a good practice to the Information and Networking Meeting of the projects financed by the REC – Rights, Equality and Citizenship programme on the empowerment of women (tackling stereotypes, women on boards, in politics/public fora, work-life balance, gender gaps).
Together with Sonia Ostrica from UIL – Unione Italiana del Lavoro, Sylvia Liuti from FORMA.Azione srl has presented the project’s effective approach to competences on gender equality for professionals acting in transition phases and the successful results achieved by the partnership: the European Minimum Standard of Competencies on gender equality, the in-person and online training programme developed and the awareness-raising tools.
